Beren land development LLC

Beren Land Development LLC was established in 2008 as one of the subsidiaries of Beren group. The company concentrates on making negotiations and deals with land owners, processing acquisitions on lands, preparing for master plans and promotions,  preparing for house sales and construction work and passing documents of real states.

In the framework of Government Housing Program, to build 7th and 14th district of Ulaanbaatar, the company has responsibility for purchasing fields, the land utilization, architectural planning and making arrangements for construction work.
As of today, according to the 7th district project, our company has freed 7 hectares land and sales and construction work for first term buildings has started.
